Hi,

I'm sorry to hear of your unfortunate situation. However, as you know I'm a real estate investor and trainer specializing in the California market. Unfortunately, I'm really not familiar with the foreclosure laws or remedies in Nevada. I suggest that you find someone, for example, an attorney, who's familiar with foreclosure laws and remedies in your area. And remember, free advice doesn't always mean it's good.

Sincerely,
Tony Alvarez

I won't say it as well as Bruce Norris but eventually prices in CA will get so low it will Pull population from other states. After all if you can live in California for the price of Vegas, Seattle or AZ then where would most people choose. The key is jobs but in time we will figure this out as well.

No Chance any politician who wants to get reelected would vote for this. My guess is this is just another fear article hoping to cause one or two more people to jump off the fence and buy something.

Can you imagine how fast we would vote them out of office ...

Wow, thats a great article...the real surprise is the equity chart under "Equity declining yet again"...I would have thought there would be a huge spike in the early/mid part of last decade.....but that equity was all being excercised!!! I would love to see a chart running along side of this for new car and flat screen sales........! great points on home ownership being commercially driven....those rent to own ratios in CA are promising for rent and holds folks...thank you
