For example, you can search by state, county, city, zip code, property description and even price. Once you have chosen a property you are interested in, simply click on the listing to see more of the property description, details and the Agent/Broker’s contact information.

These sites are user-friendly and offer a lot of useful information. The thing we like most is that you are able to sign up and receive emails when they update their inventory list with new REO’s. You will get a list of available properties in your area. The listing details will provide the contact information for the Agent.

Asset Management Companies

These properties are also listed in the individual Bank websites.

We provide these websites even though Tony HATES going directly to the Asset Managers.
