Tony gave this little book to me about a month ago. It has an inspirational message for every day of the year.

I read one everyday, it helps me to see things clearly with better focus and more determination as I get through my day.

At the end of every day we here at the REO Mentor Ranch ask ourselves three very important questions.
I will answer these questions at the end of my working days.
I hope some of you find this useful or at least gain a laugh or two when I screw up.
 
A.      What did I do right?
1.       Well today was a cold, windy and rainy day. That being said it doesn’t mean that we took the day off. Tony drove down to Oxnard to check on that rehab and meet with some contractors. I stayed in town and took care of the rentals. Some days you just need to focus on rentals. Although I had my eye out on the listings. Days like these are great to pick

At the end of every day we here at the REO Mentor Ranch ask ourselves three very important questions.
I will answer these questions at the end of my working days.
I hope some of you find this useful or at least gain a laugh or two when I screw up.
 
A.      What did I do right?
1.       Rented a house today. Down to one vacancy left. Goal is to have it rented before we leave for Colorado for the Bigger Pockets Summit next week.
2.       Made it to all of my rehabs. Everything is going great. We picked out some new colors and it all seems to be working.
3.       Meet one of our Agents at a house that had just fallen out of escrow. Has Tony ever
