As you know, at our last seminar Tony raffled off 5 seats to our first ever mentoring and training program. The five lucky winners got to spend five Saturdays with Tony.
We purchased a house that the lucky five would get to split in the profits just for coming to the seminar.

2 + 1, 720 Square Feet, Built 1955, Purchased for $29,900
The property had been foreclosed on and the tenants who lived there (three older gentlemen) did not want to move. The house smelled like urine. It seems they used the bathroom whereever they wanted to. They also had lots of cats and they would feed the neighborhood cats as well so you can imagine the mess we found from both.
